Who we are
SmartBash is an online retailer of eco-friendly party supplies, operated from the Pacific Northwest. Our store is built on Shopify and our products ship directly from our network of sustainable suppliers.

Your order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate, but occasional errors may occur.

Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders may arrive in multiple packages from different suppliers. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property
All content on smartbash.co — including text, images, and the SmartBash name and logo — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability
SmartBash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
