Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at hello@smartbash.co to start the process — don't send anything back without hearing from us first.


Non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned: perishable goods (plants, food), personalized or custom products, and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.


Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@smartbash.co with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.


A note on how returns work
Because SmartBash ships directly from our network of sustainable suppliers, returns are processed by the original supplier. You'll receive a return label once your request is approved — no need to figure out where to send things.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
